Sequence of Appointments
Complimentary Consultation
Day 1Together, the doctor, our team, and you will collaborate to assess your oral health, review your medical history, and determine your needs. We will also discuss treatment options, take a 3D CT scan, review costs, financing options if needed, and establish a timeline.
Smile Design Appointment
Can be the same day as Free ConsultationWe will conduct digital scans, bite scans, measurements, digital impressions, and create a photo-realistic 3D digital model of your face and jaw area, as well as take impressions of your teeth. This examination typically takes about an hour.
Surgery Day
2 days to 1 week after Pre-Op ExamWe will begin with a free consultation appointment. Our Anesthesia Provider will provide IV Sedation. If needed, teeth will be extracted. A bone graft will be performed if necessary. Implants will be placed, a digital scan will be taken, and your temporary, non-removable full set of teeth will be attached. You will depart with your implanted teeth and a brand new smile!
Post-Op Evaluation
1 week following surgeryYou will return to our office for a comprehensive evaluation to confirm proper healing, aesthetics, and functionality.
Deliver Final Prosthesis
3-6 months following post-op evaluationThe last restoration has been securely placed, and the doctor will provide a final assessment of your bite and appearance. You will depart with your new, permanent smile and boosted self-assurance, which you can cherish for a lifetime!
